The first-ever edition of the , presented by Newsweek and Statista, commends Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø as one of the nation¡¯s leaders in community impact.
The new ranking selected the top 300 companies that fared best in surveys of over 18,000 U.S. respondents, along with KPI philanthropy metrics, social listening, and other thorough research. Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø has been awarded other distinctions in Newsweek and Statista collaborations, which, in combination with this new humanitarian ranking, further position Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø as a trustworthy company.
Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø is committed to making a difference in its surrounding communities, accomplishing this goal through supporting initiatives that strengthen communities. The global philanthropy program focuses on three key pillars: supporting humanitarian endeavors, investing in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (¡°STEM¡±) programs, and giving back to local communities.
The company also encourages employees to get involved in causes that are meaningful to them. Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø matches employee donations to eligible nonprofits up to $500 per year and also offers employees up to 24 hours of paid time off to volunteer each year. Employees who volunteer can also earn volunteer grants up to $20 per hour that can then be donated to a nonprofit of their choice.
