    Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Earns ¡°Fittest Firm¡± Title in Silicon Valley Turkey Trot for 10th Consecutive Year

    Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø is proud to celebrate its 10th consecutive year as the ¡°¡± in the . Since 2016, Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø has sponsored the competition and consistently earned this distinction for having the highest employee participation among large firms.

    The Silicon Valley Turkey Trot is the largest Thanksgiving Day race in the United States. Embracing the spirit of giving, the event donates all proceeds to four local non-profit organizations: Healthier Kids Foundation, HomeFirst, Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, and Second Harvest. The race has contributed more than $13 million and provided more than 10 million meals to these causes since its inception in 2005.

    This year, on Thanksgiving morning, more than 700 Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø employees and their families joined the race to support these local organizations and stay active during the holiday season.

    ¡°We¡¯re incredibly proud to have so many employees participate in this meaningful event year after year,¡± said Chris Koopmans, Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø President and Chief Operating Officer. ¡°Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø has supported the Silicon Valley Turkey Trot for a long time, and we¡¯re honored to contribute to such worthwhile organizations in our community. We care deeply about promoting physical and mental well-being, and it¡¯s inspiring to see our team come together in support of such an important cause.¡±

    Thriving at Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø with Trust, Respect, and Integrity

    Employees have demonstrated remarkable resiliency over the past few years, adjusting to new ways of working during an unprecedented global crisis. It forever changed how employees think about their workplaces, careers, and personal lives, giving them new perspectives on what really matters.

    As a company, Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø has also been evolving, tapping into employee experiences, and listening intently to their opinions on what makes Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø a great place to work and how we can continuously improve. We were pleased to consistently hear appreciation for being able to experiment with cutting-edge technology, develop skills, and build products that help connect people all over the world.

    But another pattern took shape in their commentary as they emphasized the importance of teammates and leaders, uttering words like transparency, integrity, and respect. We believe these adjectives are no coincidence. They are interrelated characteristics Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø has purposefully cultivated to help employees thrive.
